My experience has just been ok. I got a call to go over my policies. I replied no thank you. Kept insisting I make time. My response was the same. Monica hangs up on me. I get it hurt her feelings but I don’t want to go over my policies. I see it online and understand what I have. Monica don’t take it personal. I would like to add. The call was a good reminder I needed to change agents. I’ve called in the past for a review and not once did they respond to me. Reason for my “no thank you” response. I’m glad they are starting to reach out. But it was time to part ways.
