Welcome to the Katie Nguyen Au Kelly State Farm office, proudly serving Washington communities including Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle, King County, and the surrounding areas since 2011.

Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I am a proud Husky alumni, a former dancer with the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and was a SeaGal during the 2004-2005 season. When I’m not helping you protect what matters most, I’m a mom to three amazing kids and a devoted caretaker of our long-haired German Shepherd 🐾.

❄️ Winter Fun Fact:

Did you know that winter storms cause over $1 billion in insured losses annually in the U.S.? Taking proactive steps now—like insulating pipes, checking your heating system, and using winter tires—can help you avoid costly damage and unexpected expenses this season!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) 🔍

Q1: What types of insurance should I have for my home during winter? A: Essential coverage includes homeowners insurance to protect your property, personal property protection for your belongings, and additional living expenses coverage in case you need temporary accommodations. You might also consider flood or water backup protection if your area is vulnerable to winter-related water damage.

Q2: How can I reduce my car insurance costs in Washington? A: Maintaining a clean driving record, bundling your auto and home policies, keeping a strong credit history, and asking about discounts like good student or defensive driving programs can help lower what you pay.

Q3: What steps should I take right after a car accident? A: Prioritize safety, contact emergency services if necessary, exchange information with other drivers, take photos of the scene, and reach out to your State Farm agent quickly to begin the process of resolving your claim.

Q4: Can I get quotes for both personal and business coverage at your office? A: Yes! We provide a broad range of coverage options, including small business policies and commercial vehicle protection, tailored to fit your needs.

Q5: How does life insurance support my family’s future? A: Life coverage helps cover important expenses such as home payments, education costs, and everyday living expenses, providing financial support for your loved ones if you’re no longer there.
