With much of customer service going to AI these days, it was wonderful to have a personal experience and feel like someone cared about my business. "Brett with Katie Kelly's Office is Awesome. I called for some basic information on my coverage. After this last storm in January I had damage and Brett guided me and offered me such Kindness and he was funny too, just what I needed to LOL, They are true Gems in this world of insurance. A rare Jewel indeed. 02/08/2025 Ok once again I called Katie's office for some questions. Brett is so wonderful and willing to go outside the lines to make sure I am happy. "Not impressed - going to switch agents. It's been a nightmare getting broken windows in my kids car replaced. I'm disgusted that there hasn't been follow up. Katie was told about the lack of follow up from State Farm claims department - she and her team should be going to bat for me. I'm babysitting the whole process.... Time to find a more engaged agent. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE - Katie - your response is so off the mark. First of all - it wasn't my kids windshield. Secondly, it wasn't the repair shop either. The issue was with State Farm claims - who sat on the claim for a week while letting the shop know all was good - then denying the claim after a week because we requested an OEM replacement. This should have been addressed within one business day in my opinion. Then the shop had to go back and forth with the claims department. It took us a month to get the windows replaced and several hours of my time probing people. You were informed about the craziness - I told your worker to inform me - but you were radio silent. Laughable you'd ask for more business all while spinning the reality of the situation."

"Hey Todd, thank you for your feedback. Your claim experience in getting your son’s windshield fixed is unfortunate. We are not able to control how quickly the repair shop delivers the windows. We are here to bat for you and our State Farm clients. If you would like to change repair shops or explore other options, I am here to help. I understand your frustration. The repair shops across the country are experiencing the worst case of supply-chain disruption. My own windshield for a 2020 4Runner was delayed in getting replaced and when it finally arrived, was $1200; that same windshield replacement in 2022 was $300. I am sure you can appreciate dealing with logistic delays. I am available at your convenience to help in any way I can. You may also consider insuring your homeowners and personal liability umbrella insurance with State Farm. If you are eligible, that would save 22% on your cars and we’d likely save money on your homeowner’s insurance. Let me know, happy to help. Hope you have a wonderful day and blessed new year! "

"Katie is amazing!! I transferred to Katie from another StateFarm agent. I was incredibly frustrated with the agent I had for many reasons. From the minute I transferred to Katie, it has been nothing but the best experience!!! Within weeks (delay on my end, not hers!) we had a meeting, she helped us set up new policies to either be better protected or save money, and I plan to move forward with even more investment options with her. She knows what she taking about and makes it simple to understand. You can tell she has a pure passion for what she does and sincerely wants to help. Of course she is running a business, as do I, but I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. It was genuine concern and wanting the best possible future for me and my husband. I was also having a personal breakdown when I entered her office, but she was incredibly kind /understanding and even shared her own experience which brought me so much comfort. I am so thankful to be with her and I know I am in good hands. I never leave google reviews, so the fact that I am should speak volumes to her level of professionalism and customer service. "Constantly charging more every months despite having a 6 month policy agreement/renewal period. Claims mileage driven is 50% higher than odometer readings on vehicles to charge more. Stay away from State Farm, its very dishonest. Will be taking business elsewhere."
