"Hi Mark thank you for your feedback. As I shared in my email, our relationship with Hagerty was relatively new at the time, and my team member unfortunately overlooked that option. While that was never intentional, I sincerely regret the frustration it caused. I welcomed the opportunity to help make this right when you emailed me.

Regarding your concern about being left without coverage, I respectfully disagree. At no point were you left without coverage, and I believe that statement misrepresents the facts. The additional underwriting items were requested with coverage still in force and ample time to remedy the items.

I also want to respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our recommendations were motivated by profit. My team and I are committed to helping our customers find coverage that best fits their individual needs, and we take that responsibility seriously.
